Mission StatementThe mission of our practice is to provide first-quality hearing care in a state-of-the-art environment with special attention detail and a deep personal respect for our patients.
In addition, we take special interest in helping the apprehensive patient, who may not be sure if hearing instruments are the right choice.
Guiding Principles
We apply the following guiding principles to everything we do:
Be thorough.
Give the most complete and thorough hearing exam. We will not make a recommendation, medical or instrumental, until a complete evaluation of the patient's hearing is completed.
Be authentic.
We are an honest office and only recommend treamtent for our patients that we would have for our family or ourselves. About one-third of the patients we initially evaluate do not have significant hearing loss. The only recommedation we make to them is to continue to have their hearing screened yearly or if they notice a change in their hearing.
Be prompt.
We only see one patient at a time. We do not double book. We do not believe in wasting our patient's time.
Be responsible.We use only the best materials, labs, and hearing aid manufacturers. We only build relationships with proven, ethical labs and hearing aid manufacturers. We dispense the finest quality hearing instruments.
In addition...Hearing screenings, exams, and consultations are always FREE.Follow-up appointments for cleanings, adjustments, programming, etc. are FREE as well. All new instruments will be provided with a manufacturer's warranty, lost and damaged insurance policy, batteries, and case. If you need help financially, we will work with you to find a way to get help for your hearing. We work with several lenders and foundations who specialize in hearing healthcare.
We never hesitate to assist any patient who wishes to seek a second opinion, or review an audiogram from your current hearing care specialist.
Financial AssistanceWe have several outside service providers who can provide financing for up to five years at very competitive rates.We have interest free payment plans available for up to 12 months. We also work with affiliate foundations that provide very low interest rate loans(generally 2-3% interest) for the hearing impaired. Patients receive a $100 "Thank You" gift when they refer a friend, family member, or co-worker and they are fit with a hearing instrument.
